Dr. Kyoko Masui, Ph. D. Student, Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Science (CAS) is staying at Osaka University to do joint reserach R-1: photonic materials for nano-processing with Dr. S. Shoji and Professor S. Kawata. She is seeking the second degree, Doctor of Science, from Chinese Academy of Science according to the double degree program between CAS and Osaka University after receiving the Doctor degree from Osaka University in 2011. Graduate Student Tung Yu Su, supervised by Professor Shi-Wei Chu, Department of Physics, National Taiwan University is staying at Osaka University to do joint reserach R-7: High resolution microscopy using plasmonic nanoparticle with Prodessor K. Fujita and Professor S. Kawata.

Professor Shi-Wei Chu at Department of Physics, National Taiwan University visited Photonics Center, Osaka University. He is the Taiwan side leader of the joint reserach R-7: High resolution microscopy using plasmonic nanoparticle and discussed with Prodessor K. Fujita and Professor S. Kawata. He also met with Professor J. Takahara and discussed about collaboration on nanophotonics.
